Accommodation Terms & Conditions (BEDSY SRL)

Reception works from 9:00am to 22:00. 

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00. 

Check out: 10:30am. 

Minimum Age: 18 

No curfew.  

Payment: Card accepted (Visa, Mastercard)

Taxes included.

BEDSY reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your credit card at any time, before arrival, during or after check in, without any written approval from the customer and may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details. 

Booking Policy: When making a reservation with us, you will be required to provide identification information including, your name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card information. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. 

Check in:

Please inform BEDSY in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 

Self check in:

Self check in after the reception closes is possible but it must be requested at least 48 hours before the day of arrival via email in which you include a clear image of your passport (No exceptions)

Group reservations:

Reservations for groups of 4 or more people are possible with prior authorization only via email and different conditions and/or additional supplements apply. Any reservation that does not comply with the above will be canceled.

By completing a reservation through our website, any booking platform, or as a walk-in guest, you (the "Guest") agree to the following terms and conditions set by BEDSY SRL (the "Provider"), headquartered at Strada Gabroveni 2, Et.1, Bucharest, Romania.

1. Scope of the Agreement

These Terms govern the provision of accommodation services at our property located at Strada Gabroveni 2, Et.1, Bucharest.

By confirming a booking online, through any booking platform, or in person (walk-in), you accept all terms herein and those published on the booking platform or at the property.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. Price: The total price includes all applicable Romanian taxes and is shown during the booking process or communicated at the property.

2.2. Payment: Full payment must be made in advance through the selected payment method. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

2.3. Service Delivery: Accommodation is deemed "delivered" upon check-in and "reserved and guaranteed" once the booking is confirmed and paid, even if not used.

2.4. Consent: By booking (online or in person), you confirm your acceptance of these Terms electronically or in writing, in compliance with EU Regulation No. 910/2014 (eIDAS) and the Romanian Civil Code.

2.5. Security Deposit: We may require a security deposit for potential damages:

  * (a) a credit/debit card pre-authorization before or at check-in, or

  * (b) a cash deposit at check-in.

    The amount and procedure will be communicated in advance. Deductions may be made for damages without further consent (with evidence provided). Cash deposits are returned at check-out if no damages are found.

3. Check-Out Policy

3.1. Standard Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

3.2. Late Check-Out: Extensions may be granted based on availability only.

3.3. Non-Compliance: If the Guest does not vacate the room by the scheduled time:

A fee of 50 RON will be charged.

Management reserves the right to remove the Guest’s belongings from the room and secure them properly.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

* All reservations are non-flexible, non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

* In case of cancellation, no-show, early departure, or refusal of services, no refunds will be issued, and chargebacks will not be accepted.

* This is consistent with Art. 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), implemented in Romanian law, which excludes the right of withdrawal for accommodation services booked for specific dates.

* You agree not to request refunds through your bank or payment processor. If a refund is granted by a third party without our consent, you remain liable for the full amount.

5. Guest Obligations

* You must comply with Romanian law and all house rules during your stay.

* You are fully responsible for any damage caused by you or accompanying persons and authorize us to deduct repair or replacement costs from your security deposit or payment method.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless they were expressly deposited with us for safekeeping, as per Romanian Civil Code Art. 2231–2233.

7. Chargeback Protection and Dispute Resolution

* By booking, you acknowledge having received full and accurate information about the property and services.

* You waive any right to initiate a chargeback unless services are not provided as agreed.

* Disputes will be settled amicably; if unresolved, they will be handled by Romanian courts with jurisdiction at our registered address.

* These Terms are valid legal proof of your informed consent and may be presented to banks or financial institutions in the event of disputes.

8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data exclusively for booking and legal purposes, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Final Provisions

By confirming your booking online, through any booking platform, or in person as a walk-in guest, you acknowledge and accept these Terms, which are governed by Romanian law.

A digital confirmation, payment, or signed acknowledgment at the property constitutes full legal acceptance.
