Reception works from 9:00am to 22:00. 

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00. 

Check out: 10:30am. 

Cancellation policy: 

Non-refundable rates: Your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.  

Payment: Cash/Card accepted (Visa, Mastercard)

Note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge. 

BEDSY reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your credit card at any time, before arrival, during or after check in, without any written approval from the customer and may at any time cancel the Booking if the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details. 

If we do not charge you before your arrival, you will have the option to pay in cash.
Taxes included. 

Minimum Age: 18 

No curfew.  

Booking Policy: When making a reservation with us, you will be required to provide identification information including, your name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card information. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. 

Check in:

Please inform BEDSY in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 

Self check in:

Self check in after the reception closes is possible but it must be requested at least 48 hours before the day of arrival via email in which you include a clear image of your passport (No exceptions)

Group reservations:

Reservations for groups of 4 or more people are possible with prior authorization only via email and different conditions and/or additional supplements apply. Any reservation that does not comply with the above will be canceled.
